Four Acres, Two Houses

The Woodland Farmhouse Inn sits on nearly 2 acres of high altitude, river-bottom land. There are 2 houses on the property:


#1. The Old Farmhouse Inn a 120 year old house, built to be Woodland’s Post



#2. The Cowgirl/Bunkhouse Ol’ Storefront is located next door to the Inn on the East side.

Post Office Suite


  • Built in 1897 to be a Post Office, the Master Bedroom opens onto the North Porch.
  • Located in the Main House
  • Enter the second bedroom from the common area.
  • Expand to 4 guests.
  • The private ADA accessible bathroom has a stackable washer and dryer as a convenience.
  • The Post Office Suite is often used for extended stays.
  • This room may be reduced to renting just the queen bed for 2 to $119 per night. Contact the Innkeeper directly 435 300-2903 to rent just the queen bed.
  • This suite is located in the original 1897 Woodland Post Office
  • The rate is based on 2 people but if you want to add up to 2 additional guests in the second bedroom Additional guests- we will add $20 per person at the time of check-out

Garden Cottage Suite


  • Two rooms
  • The Garden Cottage” is slightly attached to the Main Inn but it is a unit on it’s own and has a private entrance.
  • Enter the second bedroom from the common area.
  • Expand to 4 guests.
  • Bucket shower that feels like summer rain
  • Sitting room now contains a sleeper sofa and two side chairs, fiber bed added to sofa bed for comfort
  • Full Hot Summer Porch Breakfast is available for $15 pp

Loft Suite


  • This dormer style King bedded suite, is a beautifully appointed suite.
  • Located in the Main House
  • It has a generous parlor and large bathroom
  • Expand to 4 guests.
  • Boasting the house’s original claw foot tub perfect for an old fashioned bubble bath!
  • This is the only suite upstairs and it is quiet and private. (And there is no bedroom below.)
  • Does breakfast-in-bed sound good?  Request it at check-in!
  • The rate is based on 2 people but if you want to add up to 2 additional guests on the comfy queen futon Additional guests- we will add $20 per person at the time of check-out

Cowgirl Kitchenette


  • Enter the master bedroom from the great room
  • Expand to 4 guests.
  • This apartment has everything a “cowgirl-at-heart” needs to enjoy some country time with her man.
  • It has a full kitchen and a full bathroom.
  • You can get lost in the luxurious King bed.
  • The Cowgirl/Bunkhouse Ol’ Storefront is located next door to the Inn on the East side. These two units have separate entrances, each facing North or South. Each unit has private bathrooms, family rooms, kitchens and even separate heating and cooling systems.
  • Full Hot Breakfast is available for $15 pp
  • The two of you may come over to the Inn for breakfast, that is, if you ever decide to come up for air.

Bunkhouse Kitchenette


  • The Bunkhouse is perfect for inexpensive basic lodging for 8 adults/children.
  • There are 2 bedrooms with 2 sets of very sturdy bunk beds in each bedroom.
  • Bedroom #1 has one single bunk bed (2 single mattresses) and one double bunk bed (2 double mattresses).
  • Bedroom #2 has 2 single bunk beds (4 single mattresses).
  • The kitchen is small but efficient. It has a full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. The oven/stove combo is apartment sized. 
  • There is an antique cabinet that shelves a service for 8 in plates and silverware, mugs and glassware. The under counter cabinet has a corner ” lazy-susan” for dry food storage. The small kitchen bar, for 4, is good for informal dining.
  • Outdoors there is a covered porch with a “Lifetime” picnic table and a fenced-in dog area.
  • A modest gathering area contains a comfy sofa and loveseat. Add a double wooden bench and that there makes a cozy  seating for 8. There is a 32″smart TV. (Normally no one really watches TV because there are so many other fun things to do.)
  • The Bunkhouse is used for a wide variety of adult group activities.  Cyclists and runners stay here while they are training on 2602 East State Highway 35. Snowmobile groups stay here on their way to and from the Nobletts snowmobile trailhead.
  • Cold and wet campers, hunters, fishermen, motorcycles groups, and skiers/snowshoers,  work crews and family reunions have all enjoyed the warmth of the Bunkhouse.
  • We have hosted small quilting-bees, scrapbooking workshops, and many families with ( 1-2) parents and (1-6) kids, and families in every combination.
  • The barnyard pasture is within 30 feet of the doorway and the kids (and adults alike) enjoy getting to know the animals. They usually like to help feed or care for the goats, pigs and chickens, after their original city-fears subside. On rare occasions they have even witnessed the birth of a baby goat.
  • There is a 2 night minimum stay and many people have rented for days, weeks and months.
  •  Summer Porch Breakfast is available by reservation for $15pp during warm weather.

Summer Couple's Cabin


  • Enter the master bedroom from the great room
  • 2 guests max, perfect for couples
  • The firepit is perfect for cool Utah nights looking at the stars
  • No indoor plumbing, but a private outdoor toilet is on site
  • Cold water can be pumped and heated over your fire
  • Full Hot Breakfast is available for $15 pp
  • Seasonal availability, closed Sept-June
